The Small Catechism is the basic understanding of the faith that we as Lutherans hold to. It's the outline we use to teach our children what they need to know about God. Martin Luther wrote it, though, not simply to be something looked at as a child and then tossed aside. Rather, the Catechism and the explanations it contains can continue to provide guidance and important reminders of God's love all the days of our life.
The following study was used on Sunday Mornings in our Adult Bible study to serve as a review of the catechism.
